1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SayBetty services (Betty Notes and Betty Auth), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
SayBetty provides AI-assisted tools for independent healthcare practices, including voice-to-note transcription (Betty Notes) and automated insurance prior authorization calling (Betty Auth). These tools are intended to assist clinicians — not replace clinical judgment.
3. HIPAA & Data Handling
SayBetty operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA. We will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with each covered entity prior to handling protected health information (PHI). You are responsible for ensuring your use of SayBetty complies with applicable HIPAA requirements.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SayBetty to submit false insurance claims, circumvent payer policies, or process data for patients without appropriate consent. Accounts found in violation will be suspended without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
SayBetty is not liable for any denied claims, payer decisions, documentation errors, or clinical outcomes. Betty Auth assists with prior authorization calls but does not guarantee approval. You remain responsible for all clinical and billing decisions.
6. Subscription & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
